DVD reader doesn't work, I inserted a DVD disc and an error of No-Disc appeared, change disc and work but if DVD Player is turn off and then turn on again the same error appeared even if the disc was readed before.

The DVD player plays good the volume is very low. The design of the headrest mount is horrible. You have to take the dvd player out of the straps inorder to change a disc. Horrible design I will be looking for another headrest mount.

My only complaint is they don't come with headphones. The cheaper set does but not this set. Doesn't make sense to me. This one plays 2 movies they really need the headphones with this one.

Returned when one side stopped working. Had purchased the warranty so BB replaced without issue. Buy the warranty. Renew it and keep it current then just return the unit when it goes bad and swap it out.

The DVD players worked just fine on vacation, but the mount that holds the DVD player on the back of the headrest is garbage. They are awkward to put in, you have to remove the player to put another DVD in, and the player will fall out if looked at wrong.

My children have been using this dvd brand for a while now. It shows great and the volume is good. But when you play one movie on both dvds player the volume is great.

This item is great for going g on trips with children!

Got these for any exrended car rides we might take.

If you have two toddlers, you understand the dilemma of them watching different discs. Also, make sure you have compatible head rests - the players are constantly falling off. Once you rig them and buy two of the same discs, they’re good to go.

Good so far. Had for couple weeks now. Secure setup

My grandkids love them on their road trip to Disneyland.

My kids love them. And because they can play either separately or in sync, I don't have to worry about them arguing over what to watch and who can't see what on long road trips.

Got these for my kids to entertain them in the car they love that they could watch there own movies on both DVD players you also can play different movies on either on or the same.movie

Grandson abused this player everytime we go for a car ride, so naturally I got the same model for my Granddaughter for Christmas she will love it on her car trips.

This DVD player is very nice because it allows 2 different movies to play at one time. The negatives are that if you want to change the movie you have to undo the Velcro straps that hold the player, which is a big inconvenience to do while riding down the road. My children are not old enough to do it on their own. The other negative is the straps that attach to the head rest slide down our headrests and the screen is often crooked. I enjoyed our Sony dual screen better although I did have to replace it twice. The insignia was a replacement. If purchasing I would highly recommend Geek Squad protection. Portable DVD players do not seem to be very good quality and I only had to pay very little for this one with the geek squad ($2 or something)

My kids love it. Makes a long trip enjoyable......
