I do not recommend purchasing the "Open Box" choice just to save a couple of bucks. Going forward, I will always purchase "New". DVD player "A" makes a weird sound when the AV wire is plugged in. I have to unplug/plug several times for the noise to stop. If the product was missing a piece, it should have been listed. Brand New price $179.99, I paid $163.99. Not worth the savings.
