I speci fically asked they could share movies between players. Where they could watch each other's movie regardless. of which movie was playing in player in each other's unit. They could just flip a switch on either player and decide which movie they wanted to watch. My old system allows them to just flip a switch and watch either movie. Your customer service person guaranteed this would do that and it won't
