I spent 15 minutes going back and forth trying different things, such as turning it off and on and taking out the disc and putting it back in. Then all at once it would start playing. This happened every time I put in a DVD. It was very frustrating. I plan to return it.

ALSO THE COVERS DO NOT OPEN VERY FAR AND I BELIEVE THAT WILL BE THE CAUSE OF BREAKAGE WHEN SOMEONE TRYS TO OPEN THEM TOO FAR, SOMETHING WILL FAIL.

Since k have 3 kids under the age of 8 I those these players because they can all watch the same movie of you hook them up or they can each watch different DVDs ! So perfect few a family with kiddos to please !

Loved that they could play separate movies or share a movie. EXCEPT it didn’t work out that way at all because Screen A just says “open” even though it’s closed so it won’t play a movie at all and of course that’s the one you have to play from in order to share a movie.

Day one the set up seemed easy but the velcro keeps coming undone and dropping the whole device and everything I hit a bump simi hard the devices skip the dvd and have scratched 2 dvd's. Do not buy this unless you want a head ache
