They only worked twice, and on the trip didn't work at all, terrible purchase.

This model must have been defective. Every time I hit a road bump, the screen blanked. The sound without headphones are not that good. Had to buy two pairs of headphones for my kids. As much as this model / unit was, it should have been better quality.

I was not too crazy about these. I mean they are decent but for 150 bucks I was expecting a lot more. The sound quality is not there at all and it must be flat and on a steady surface or else it will skip or freeze.

I hate this product I won't tell anyone about this. The price is good but the product doesn't stay hooked to the cat seats with the equipment that it came with.

Was given as a gift and the 15 day return policy had expired. Only one DVD player works. Do not recommend.

The power plug that connects to your car broke within a week. Everything fell apart. The tip, spring, everything. What a hassle.

Wasn't told it was an open item. Not sure if it was or not but the headset that it claims to have for each dvd player was missing.

Poor volume performance. Also, wouldn't fit on our SUV's headrest.

Bought before a two day road trip. Tested picture at home and all seemed fine. Out on the road and the headphone jack on unit 2 didn't work. No sound. Luckily I had rented a van with DVD or else it would have been a miserable trip. Taking it back.

We purchased this for our grand children to watch videos on a long car trip. The equipment didn’t work, and our “tech savy” grand children couldn’t make it work (from a 14 year old). Very disappointed.

Button broke on first use, returned. Cheaply made.

We have had car dvd players before, so I was very skeptical when looking to purchase a new one. This one worked great! Yes, you have to remove 2 straps to change the dvd, but the player is still attached to the seat headrest by the remainder of the mounting device and the straps help to maintain the latch so it doesn't jar open by crazy roads. We took this on a long car trip all over this country and couldn't be happier. It remembers where you are when stopping for gas and starts back up automatically upon starting the car. AND it comes with 2 wall plugs so you can take it in the house/hotel and use it as a dvd player either by itself, or to connect to a tv. I was really pleased with this and we will continue to use it for a LONG time!

We purchased these for a last minute roadtrip and within the two weeks one of the DVD players stopped working. They worked as intended otherwise.

Love that it can play different movies at the same time but the sound is horrible.

These broke before we even used them...they do not stay closed and hard to change DVD when attached to car seats!

These won't stay secured and both screens wouldn't stay on most of the time.

Needed a portable DVD player quick for an upcoming vacation and this one looked the best. We got an open box item and actually love it. We had a very old DVD player previously and love that this one remembers where you are in the show when it comes back on. Also LOVE that my 4 kids can watch two different DVDs or the same one. Helps prevent the fighting that comes with traveling with 4 boys. My son did complain that some of the shows were hard to hear, but we could hook it up to the audio in the van and that helped. The only thing I am disappointed with is dealing with Best Buy customer service regarding problems with ordering it. But the product itself is great!
