Great product highly recommended good Best Buy lov

I purchased this for my daughter's Samsung Tab A. She is 8 and is hard on cords. Though, the components fit into the designated slots fine, the connection was not tight enough and therefore will not charge her tablet properly. There is a gap between her tablet and the black blocky piece on the cord. This seems to prevent the tablet from getting the appropriate charge.

I was looking for a cord for my sons game system. I went online and used the "chat" ask if this cord would be compatable. After quite a wait she came back to the chat and said that yes it was compatible. NO, when I received the cord my son tried to use it with his game controller and it does not fit the port as I was told. I thought that Best Buy had a good reputation and were reliable. I have to say I don't feel that way with this purchase.

I bought this cord thinking it was for my phone but when I got home I saw it said it was for my PS4 controller. I decided to keep it because I was looking for a longer cord for my controller also. It works great and charges pretty fast. The price was really cheap which is a bonus.

We needed a usb cord and did research and this product had good reviews. We agree, good product.

Had to return the low quality Sony charger I bought that wasn’t working, luckily was within warranty. Best Buy allowed me to get this brand because it was same price. This one has been better so far because it has a snug fit and a light so you know it’s charging

I bought this cord so I could have a long charging cord for my phone. When I first got it and tried it, it worked just fine. Now a week later after hardly any use it doesn't charge any device. I recommend finding a better USB to micro USB cable that actually works

The cord charges just fine, but it tends to fall out of the controller when I'm really moving it around rapidly.

Holds up fairly well, I bought this to have the long length to charge PS4 controllers while I use them.

For starters, the look of this USB cable is fantastic. The cable appears to be braided (or wrapped) and has an oddly satisfying little blue light that turns on once you’ve plugged something in on the end of the micro USB side. It’s also the perfect length for applications such as charging your PlayStation 4 controller. However...after barely a month of use, I immediately started noticing that I would need to jiggle around the end point of the chord in order to properly charge devices. It would seem that Insignia put their money into looks, and not build quality. Which is unfortunate given this items looks. Fast forward a couple weeks later, and the chord is completely dead. This thing barely lasted two months. I’m pretty sure I have cheaper micro usb chords that have lasted years, so it’s a shame how quick this one died on me.

Purchased this item at the front door of best buy during the pandemic. Customer service was really great. the reps came outside to offer us this product that was at a very decent price and works like wonders for my son with his xbox 1

I really am glad I bought this changing cable compared to the 3 ft cable that came with the system. I have a 10 ft changing cables for both my PS4 Pro, IPhone 8 Plus. I don’t have to tell you how annoying those 3 ft changing cables are.

this product did as is intended. I used it as a charger until it broke on the fault of my own.

Worked great and having the blue led lid up to easy find in the dark room is great.

.... but that’s about it. something wrong w the end that plugs into my device. it doesn’t fit as snug as other cables I’ve used and it needs to be sitting at the right angle to charge. defeats the purpose of why I purchased and that was for it to be able to charge my headset while i had it on, but it will not stay in my headset to charge.

The length of the core is great. It charges very slow.

I have to prop my controller up, or sit in a certain way in order for it to charge. So basically I bought it with a shortage in it. I don’t know if I was unlucky or they all come this way. Also. The charger doesn’t stay in the socket. It constantly falls out.

Works as expected. Nothing more I ca say about a cable.

Extra long to play games while it charging your controller and charges pretty quick I need to buy another one I only bought one to try out and it’s nice so I will be going back to Best Buy to buy another charger
