Also for a bonus, it worked with the Oculus Quest 2 as a much less expensive Oculus link cable (was able to play steam VR games connected to computer). The cord fastener allows you to attach it to the headset so you can avoid damaging the usb-C connection

Plug in the USB plug into the PS5, plug the USB-C plug into the controller, bingo. Charges while playing, just like it says. The 9' cord was plenty of length to still play comfortably in my recliner.
