Well, I can tell you it certainly is Bright! Also you can use it for lots of different things... Writing on it, drawing on it, folding it up... It's so Multipurpose!!! It also definitely is Paper!!! That I can tell you for sure!!! The colour you ask? White. Yes it was. I am so happy that I bought this White and Bright Multipurpose Paper! It has brought me so much happiness!!!!
