We really do appreciate your preference on these multipurpose paper, also it does come a shocker to me that the multipurpose paper isn't working as it should be. The multipurpose paper needs to be repaired as soon as possible, so please contact Insignia at 877-467-4289 so that we can guide you on how to get the proper resolution.
