    Bought it so I would not need to get up to change from one entertainment equipment to another. Ended up needing to do just that. It does not automatically switch from one to the other by which is turned on. You have to manually change it every time. Which defeats the purpose of even having this $25 item.

    I needed to connect RCA to RCA to be able to feed the house speakers system with my sound bridge (Roku) Problem solved! This is also giving me the capability I connect other devices without the need of switching wires.

    I recently helped my 95 year old grandmother get a VHS and DVD players after her old combo unit died. I needed something that she could use to switch between three sources (DVD, VHS, and cable Box) and that could be operated by touch. She is legally blind but the feel of the slider switch allows her to easily select which source she wishes to listen to. The unit does only use the composite video and RCA audio style jacks, but as she is legally blind the highest video quality was not necessary. Highly recommended!
