Every time i go to push it up, it goes a little bit, then right back down. Then i have to toy with it repeatedly to get it to go where i want. Honestly, the glitchiness has been a deterrent to using it regularly. I wish i would have returmed it but assembly/disassembly was a consideration.

When raising up, it would stop and lower all the way down repeatedly. I had to call insignia 877–467–4289. Short wait and helpful. They told me to press and hold the down button for five seconds to reset the system. Problem fixed. I’m happy w this desk overall.
