The electric motor broke in 8 month, I was within warranty and was able to get it replace. Replacement broke in 1.5 year, with the same exact issue. Broken once, I can think I got unlucky with my product, but broken twice with the same exact issue makes me think the motor is just not durable. This time, the desk is outside of manufacturer warranty and I was told I would have to pay out of pocket for repair. I only used the standing feature may be 5 times per month.

I just use the lift feature maybe 3 times a week. Then today it suddenly broke and it is passed the return date. I also don’t find a button to schedule a service. So now it’s just a regular table.
