    Disappointed in this desk. I bought in July for my new office. Put it together in August and in November raised it for the first time. Raised it a handful of times to stand while working and it will not raise. When I push the button nothing happens. It will go down but not up anymore.

    The up button went out. The motor still goes down, but I can no longer raise it. Owned ~7 months

    Motor stopped after 14 months. It was fine before that, this the two stars, but even at the decent price I would like something to last more than the one year warranty.

    Defective and cant exchange

    I bouth this desk as part of the "Deal of the Day" and one of the legs does not fully extend or compress so there is about a 4" difference in height between the left side of the desk and the right. I reached out to the manufacturer and they told me to return it to the store, but the store wont replace the desk for the same price I bought it for and they dont have it in stock. Such a waste and bad business.

    It worked for about a year. It just stop working. Never use it as much. Maybe one or twice a week. Looks like the bottoms were cheap.

    Disappointed that it doesn't work

    I picked 1 star only because the electronics don't work. I setup the table but I couldn't make it rise. The electric box shows a green light but when I press the up button, it does nothing. If I press the down button it makes a clicking sound at least. But I don't know what to do with a table that doesn't rise like it's supposed to.

    Decent but was broken in the box

    Desk works but top was damaged in the box. Looks as if it was either stood on or dropped. I’ll end up replacing the broken top with a better one at some point. Wish I had assembled sooner in which case I would have returned it.

    Pay attention to the minimum height

    Literarily no thought was put into the height dimensions when making this table. The minimum height you can lower it to is 28 inches, and believe me folks, that will be a problem for you after a while because it is too high, and you will be forced to crane your neck upwards when you sit. Wish i could return it but its too late. I will have to get a replacement now. Garbage

    Unhappy with Best Buy support. Had poor experience in the store. Cannot find an email to contact Best Buy Corporate. Best Buy Totaltech rewards member. Best Buy Elite Plus member. Only chat and phone - BB corporates way of not having to address issues or document problems. Don’t believe me - try to send them en email or file a written complaint.     Please stay away. I bought it a year back and now it is not working. Called for repair since i have a membership but told this item is not covered. Wasted money on junk!

    Not working after assemble

    After 1 hour assemble, it worked only for about 10mins, then it only works when I pushed the going down button not for the going up button. I have to carry to heavy thing back to store, very unpleasant experience.

    I ordered this over a month ago and haven't gotten it, let alone any updates on the product. I emailed the shipping company with no response and the tracking update for the past month has shown it is in Plano and hasn't moved. I checked today and the tracking number isn't there anymore. I got the mat so the address is right. Don't order this desk unless you want to spend money and never get it delivered.

    Was simple to put together, but holding the up or down button for more than a second or so would cause it to go back to it's original position. Died completely after about 3 months of light use.

      Sorry to cause the trouble. Could you please take the reset function of control box? Press the DOWN button till to the lowest, then resume work ok. The control box could start working normally. BBY-ExBrand_Insignia

    Try to avoid buying anything from bestbuy. One department will tell you they are able to send the missing part and after 3 hours, the other department tells you the can't. You have to dismantled a hundred pound desk and send it to the manufacturer for a new desk. Great job bestbuy. I will avoid anything from you company.

    One star for online chat service. Nothing but lazy respond. One hang up and one "check out the website/phone number" So why to give the online chat option at all???

    It's okay, nothing extraordinary. My peeve is that the website indicated that it was available for pickup when it wasn't. It was available for pickup 6 days later, but not when we ordered it.
