Although it's an Insignia product they don't have replacement parts. The control-switch went out and I can't get it replaced. I loved my desk but now I have to find another brand to rely on.

The only issue is that one side is lower than the other and I can't seem to fix it. I had already assembled it and didn't want to go through the trouble of returning it.

Unfortunately, it frequently throws an '-oL' error, completely locks up, and starts beeping incessantly. The only way to reset it is to lower it all the way down until the 'rst' code disappears, which also erases all your saved preset heights. This has been happening almost weekly, despite the desk being on a stable, flat hardwood floor with the legs properly aligned to the tabletop. Ironically, as I write this, the desk is beeping at me again. Save yourself the frustration and invest in a desk from another manufacturer—maybe Ikea?

Missing Pieces and BEST BUY WANT HELO!

I have been trying get screws sent to me since I order and I have been getting the run around! This is ridiculous!!!! I still don’t have the screws and can’t use the desk I that I paid my money for! I’m ready to go through the hassle of taking it apart and returning it!!!!

Was a little worried about it not being sturdy when it was fully raised, but pleasantly surprised that it is stable. Really easy assembly too, I think the whole thing is like 5 or 6 pieces all together.
