This was handy when visiting Portugal and Morocco, and was easy to use. It's nice that the plug prongs retract with the sliding switch on the top so they don't get bent or snagged when packed away. Only funny thing I noticed was that the Australia plug would not come out all the way - you have to make sure to push in the tab on the bottom back of the device (3rd pic) for it to release - just a little fiddly. Also, this is for non-grounded devices (not 3-prong plugs).

I recently moved in to the States and the lack of Eu plugs gave me a big culture shock, thankfully BestBuy had exactly what I needed for my devices, it's very convenient to use and is universal so can be used anywhere in the world

I actually found more value in this item after purchase. The genius of the design to work in 2 different markets (US, Europe) all with the same gadget! However, you should be aware that it does not do any voltage conversions. It's still very valuable.

Works very well, I had no issues using it to convert the plug types while over in the UK. Just like it says it does not convert voltages only the plug types.

Bought this for my trip to Europe to use for charging my phone and it works well. To pull out the prongs, you push and slide the button that corresponds to the outlet type. If you have an iPhone, make sure to use the type A USB cord as the type C lightning cord is not compatible with this charger.

This is a great and very functional Travel Adapter! I would highly recommend it! It also has 2 usb ports, which really comes in handy. There is a blue light that indicates when it's plugged in.

I bought this to use on a trip to Italy and Portugal. It worked flawlessly. I was able to charge up to 4 devices at the same time: two with the built-in USB ports and two more with the dual charger from Apple plugged in. It is big, but great to have so many international plugs all in one portable unit. Prior to this I had an adapter that you had to snap on/off the various plugs. So, it's nice that this one has them all built in!
