If I were making the decision again, I would go with buying the adapter for the specific country I needed it for. This model was heavy and would fall out of some of the wall outlets. It worked best on a power strip.

Perfect All-in-one adapter

Worked everywhere, I took this adapter to Italy, France and England and had no issues. The blue indicator light is a great feature. I even used it in the U.S. It is a bit bulky but I can live with it.
