Customers value the excellent reception, ease of use, and range of this amplified HDTV antenna. Many appreciate the ability to receive numerous channels with good picture quality, and find the antenna easy to install and aesthetically pleasing. While some experienced issues with signal strength in certain weather conditions, the price point is generally considered favorable. A shorter cord length was a minor complaint for some users.

I recently moved into an area surrounded by hills unlike my prior residence very difficult to get antenna reception unless you have a roof antenna. To make a long story short, I tried several other indoor antennas that were highly rated at review sites as well as more expensive than this antenna and got poor results then I decided to try this antenna after reading some of the reviews here at Best Buy. I plugged it in put it in the exact same spot that the other antennas were in and got over 133 channels immediately. Virtually all of them coming in very clearly, in particular, the HD and digital channels look fantastic and sound great. The majority of these channels are about 50 to 58 miles away so I would highly recommend this product to anyone who needs an indoor antenna and I rarely recommend products as I find most products come up short but this product is definitely worth the money.

This was an upgrade from an old RCA basic slim antenna and noticeably better at detecting channels. The physical profile of this device allowed me to tape it up on a wall for optimal reception.

This is definitely a better than the previous brand that I bought. I get a lot of channels with the Insignia amplified ultra thin indoor HDTV antenna. Sometimes I still have problems with reception but am able to fix the problem by repositioning the antenna.

A friend recommended a different antenna, but I chose this one because it was available as an open box purchase, and it has not disappointed. I have about 63 channels with this, and it’s nice to see retro programming at no cost. It is a big savings from cable and a great choice along with a streaming service if you need other programming.

Good antenna for the price. Will need to adjust direction for certain channels to come in clearly. Easy setup.

Live 50 miles from Chicago and I pick up 66 channels with it. No need for cable when the games are on local free digital channels. Works great and very easy to install with the long supplied cable.

Just set it up. Very easy to set up and the tv scan produced lots of channels. Since it was just set up, time will tell how well it holds channels, etc.

This is a solid option for an inexpensive indoor HDTV antenna. This flat panel type is decently built and has multiple options for mounting (I use the stand), The reception quality/stability I get is at least as good or better than all of the other antennas that I have tried in the past (some cheaper, others more expensive). However, YMMV - like all indoor antennas, your reception will depend greatly on HDTV signal strength around your area/location and where you are able to mount the antenna. (Don't expect this antenna to perform miracles with regards to your TV reception.)

after paying Comcast a lot of money for fewer channels than I used to have at my prior residence from a roof antenna, I bought this ultralight indoor HDTV antenna.
Easy to hook up and have all the channels I used to have- around 125! without breaking the bank and without the periodic Comcast outages.
For some reason my local ABC affiliate has poorer reception, so I just rotate the Insignia antenna until reception is good.

This antenna works great once you fiddle with the positioning of it. I live in a rural area, we picked up 32 stations - the picture quality is as good as satellite services. My home is 3 levels - the reception on the top level is best. We don’t get all the stations on the main level and basement.

Using this on a TV in a second floor bedroom. The TV has USB ports that I'm using to power the antenna, rather than the provide 110V adapter. This works great. I'm about 50 miles West of Detroit and get all of the Detroit channels, some Toledo channels and Lansing PBS. Very happy with this antenna. The antenna is small and unobtrusive.

Easy to set up, can either be hung on the wall or use the stand. We opted to hang on the wall behind the TV. It's nicely concealed and we get plenty of channels - I was worried we wouldn't get many due to being in a valley with lots of trees. We will likely be purchasing another for our other TV and I would recommend.

Installed this on our kitchen TV and have used it for about 5 months now. Setup took a bit, especially to find the right position for it. You can stand it on its stand or attach it to a wall/window with adhesive; window recommended. We moved it a couple of places and experienced some static and freezes on some channels, but once placed on the window it has worked great. The only issues are two channels (the one for PBS and something else) still either don’t work or are staticy but honestly that could just be the TV signal itself or something ese blocking. But so far, we have had a great TV experience and for free, obviously.
