    Even with the Geek squad’s help in installing it has never worked properly. I woul not recommend Best Buy as a seller nor the Geek Squad as having the competence to install properly.

    I hooked it up to my Samsung Smart TV, and nothing…I tried troubleshooting, and i did it several times, and again, nothing. I am extremely frustrated.

    Poor reception. Got more channels with a $9.99 antennae bought at Rite aid drug . Pulled in 39 channels vs.4.
