This purchase was for our out of state 89 year old cousin who lives buy herself and has no one. She cannot hook the cable up to the tv. Best Buy wants $199.00 to do this. The tv and antenna are still in the boxes.

Bad configuration

Hopefully I don't have to move it around the room much to get reception because the way they have configured the cords it is nearly impossible to extend the coaxial cable. Being that they have the power cable, and coaxial coming out of the block together, you would have to have an outlet near where you want to move it to. Plus that means having to move , both the antenna, and power cord everytime reception goes south. Bad design.

Disappointing

Doesn't Give You The Major Channels.

There's no stand that comes with it (they exist) so you have no option but to mount it. I've tried several positions in high places, low places, literally anywhere it could reach. At most I received 22 channels however they are all random channels and not the "essential channels" people buy these for i.e. Fox, CBS, NBC, etc. For some reason only ABC pops up in regards to local major channels.

Posted .Hi, thanks for your review. Please move your antenna to different location and rescan the channels. Normally, it is better to put near window and face to the TV tower, avoid blocking by concrete or metal material.

Tried to return but was i day over 15 day return ship and they would not refund. Watch what you buy, return before you can't.

Hardly works more than non-amplified antenna

It’s suggested you can find out where the closest signal tower is thru ” https://www.antennaweb.org/ “first and face antenna toward the signal tower, avoid metal material, concrete wall etc. blocking the line of sight. Please make sure to re-scan the channel when you install this antenna.
