Effective inside antenna
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is an effective and inexpensive inside antenna. Of course, the effectiveness of an antenna is up to your location from the signal and your TV. For our older smart TV, it worked just fine, after some adjusting of the antenna position. We found the major network channels we wanted without having to buy cable or satellite TV packages. We just stream channels and this antenna adds more local channels. So we are pleased to get the major networks for free - we were able to watch the 2024 World Series!

Works great.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It works great. It took me a while to get it installed not because it is hard but because I am old. My nephew installed it and had it working in about 10 minutes. I am streaming most content but want access to the local news and weather. Once he set it up it says we have access to 30 channels. We just put it on the included stand and placed it behind the TV. We had concerns since the TV is about 16 years old with none of the smart features. It’s a Sony and still has such a great picture we can’t let it go.

We're delighted to hear that the Insignia™ Amplified Ultra-Thin Indoor HDTV Antenna is working great for you and providing access to 30 channels. They sent a used antenna
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought and paid for a brand new antenna from Best Buy. But when I opened the box it was obviously repackaged. The wires were sloppilied wrapped and all the plastic bags were ripped open. This should have been sold as an open box product. This was my first bad experience with Best Buy, but it’s not acceptable. I did end up trying the antenna and it worked great for my needs. So I did keep it. It’s basically an auxiliary source in addition to my tv apps. I have it for my basement tv hanging in front of a glass block window. I gets as many channels as the rabbit ears antenna I have in my bedroom. So to sum it up, the antenna is very good but my shopping experience was disappointing. Do better Best Buy!

Works well for local tv stations
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works well at my house. We have a clear view of SF Bay, so not sure how well it would work other places. After I hooked it up and scanned for stations my TV said it had located 91. We can get the San Francisco and Oakland stations - for each, there are three or four alternatives, eg. 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, etc. We have watched Channel 2, 9, and 7 so far. All are clear with the antenna tucked on the floor in the corner of the room and not plugged in. Most of the other stations seem to be like QVC, although there are a couple with old movies.

Streams 50+ channels for me
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was surprised by how many channels I can get with this. On a good day, I get signal of at least 60 stations. Also, really compact and doesn’t look terrible on display.

UHF stations are good
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s easy to set up but it isn’t strong enough to pull in the vhs channels. The uhf channels come in just fine and clear. We live 20 miles from the tv stations but we also have a metal roof so it doesn’t work well for us.

Posted .Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that the setup process was easy for you and that the UHF channels come in clear. We understand that the product may not be strong enough to pull in VHS channels, especially given your distance from the TV stations and the presence of a metal roof. Your experience helps us understand how our products are used and valued. We appreciate your insights and are committed to continuously improving our services to better meet your needs. Works good enough
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. From 30 miles out we were able to pull in a dozen channels, including the one channel we were hoping for. Used the stand and it sits nicely under our tv.

Works very well.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was surprised at how well this antenna works. Given past experience with HD antennas I had low expectations, and this has vastly exceeded them. Picture is every bit as good as cable, and pixelated images only rarely occur - I highly recommend it.

The price is reasonable for the quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It worked pretty well. I had to move it to several locations before I could get all the channels I wanted. I have had better luck with other amplified antennas. The price was reasonable for the quality.

SO AMAZED!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I honestly thought this would be a return, but I bought it anyhow, per the advice of a friend, and gave it a try. This little piece of work brings in the local channels beautifully. Sure we've had a few times where we needed to change the angle to improve reception, but overall, this is a worthwhile purchase that can save you money. And who doesn't like saving money??... Give it a try. It might now work for everybody, but it is sure working great for us!

This antenna has a amplifier and has 60mile range
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I replaced an antenna with a 30 mile range with this antenna which is supposed to have up to 60 miles of range. It has an amplifier plug and I noticed a couple new channels. I think it works better than the 30 mile range antennas and it comes with a stand.

Absolutely stunned!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First-floor TV setup in middle unit of brick-stucco townhomes, facing south almost 45 miles NW from Chicago transmitters, with narrow thicket of tall trees in backyard, all impeding reception. Saw this antenna's high ratings, but had low expectations due to its small, flimsy build and spaghetti-thin, nondetachable coax cable. Placed it toward city on shelf a few feet above TV (stand is pretty good--one should be included with any flat-panel). Eventually, after re-scanning and moving it a few times, sometimes an inch or two, I've picked up 61 channels, each with a clear and fairly consistent signal. Even hi-VHF CBS-2, my white whale, comes in decently! Absolutely stunned and VERY happy with this product!

Love this antenna
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I can’t believe how powerful this small & lightweight indoor TV antenna is. It grabs every local station within 35 miles of my home with ease. (And others even farther, but with less reliability).

good value
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This worked really well for me. I had purchased a less expensive antenna that only pulled in 4 channels. This one cost $15 more, and pulled in 17 channels. The only thing I wish is that the cord/cable was a lot longer, since I have it in a higher window.
