But the cord is too short to be able to use the phone in any manner while plugged in. Maybe a safety feature for a driver, but what if another passenger wants to use it while plugged in, or me while I'm parked? Too short = lame. (that's what she said)

So it's $30 for a $3 part. Yes it works but why do you still drive a car with a cigarette outlet/12v. Put the$30 towards a new car.
