This Insignia charger works just fine and was cheaper than some of the other models available. Considering the extra port allows for charging two devices at the same time, I think it was a good value. The cord is a little stiff, but should stretch out as needed over time

This is the best car charger I've had. It also has another USB port to charge another phone or device. It charges my iPhone quickly and has lasted longer than the chargers I've had before.

It charges the phone quickly even when there are two devices plugged in and doesn't seem to heat up the phone while charging. The charging cord does not however fit into bottom of Life Proof Case and have to remove case unless I just plug a thinner cord into the usb port on this charger.

Originally, I tried to charge the iPhone with a cord plugged into the USB connection in the car. Unfortunately, this connection was meant to be used only for playing MP3 audio from the phone. This product turned out to be perfect when all that is desired is charging of the phone.

We love this charger. While plugged in for charging, it has a port to plug in another device for charging! The cord is long enough so the device can sit anywhere. Doesn’t take up much space when stored. We would buy again.

I purchased this car charger as a replacement to the one I originally purchased from my cellphone provider. It cost almost half of what the Apple brand car charger. With this one I also got an extra USB port and have had to use it several times already! Great Buy!

Best thing is it does not interfere with the cup holder in front of my 12v outlet due to its right angle design for the cable. Love that the cable is coiled and is less likely to get tangled. The extra port is handy if you have a guest that also needs charging.

I always think that these sort accessories are over priced at Best Buy so typically I go elsewhere, but this is a perfectly good car charger. The selling point is really the usb port so that whomsoever is sitting in my passenger seat isn't SOL'd just because I mostly charge my phone in my car.

I’ve used this same charger for years. Every time it quits working, because it gets dirty or I get it wet. I go right back and buy the same one again. Seems to charge the iPhone faster than other chargers which is a big plus.

This car charger replaced the more expensive one that stopped working after the cable cracked just below the lightning connector. The more expensive one was replaced (for free) twice before switching to the Insignia charger that has already lasted longer than the more expensive one.

This is the second Insignia cigarette to lightening adapter charger I have owned, one in each car. Like the coiled cord, keeps it orderly in the car. Nice having the additional USB charging port in the adapter. So far, very pleased

I've connected to this charger each time I get in the car! The design feels pretty solid. I feel like this charger will be around for a long time! It also charges the phone at a pretty good rate. This charger should exceed or meet everyone's expectations.

My other cords would short out. I finally noticed they would fall down on the wet floor board of the truck. So thought I would try the coil type. I like it. It keeps the cord up off of the floor.

A must if you have multiple IOS devices. Of course you can plug in your phone but there has been times where my Apple watch needed charging and that extra usb port came through. Still going strong!

I wanted this to be able to charge and play my new Ipod nano, which has a different, smaller charging slot than the older versions. I did not realize it had the extra slot for a USB cable. That means if I remember to grab one of my mini USB cords, I can charge both my Ipod and my phone from the same outlet.

My wife and I bought two iPhone 7's and our old Micro USB chargers were no longer useful. I had some rewards points and purchased this one because it had the 3.1A output and a second USB port so we could charge both phones without using two 12V plugs. It worked ok with one phone plugged into the attached cord. But occasionally if you plug in a second cable and phone. The second phone will cycle charging, not charging. I pulled the cable from the phone, reinserted and it worked ok. I thought it was a fluke, but it happens every so often still. I'm not quite sure if it's a defective charger or not. But since the main portion does work and the store is about 10 miles away, I haven't returned it yet. But it does it's job and charges a single phone quickly.

This is a great charger. Get it for your I-phone. We got this for my wife and she has been very happy with it. Her old charger was dying and we were afraid it was the phone, but this charger saved the day.

I had one of these cell phone car chargers before and had it for several years. The end of the charger that plugs into my cell phone broke off from the wiring so had to get a new charger. I liked the one I had so much that I bought another one.

This charger works great, keeping my iPhone powered up while in my SUV. The USB port on top allows my co-pilot to plug in their phone using their own cord, whither it’s an iPhone or Droid. Everybody is happy in the front seats.

Having just upgraded to an iPhone 5s, I was disappointed my old car charger didn't do a good job, even tho it has a USB port I could connect to. After a 2.5 hour ride, I had gained only a bit of a charge. This charger delivers, charges rapidly, and as a bonus, is compact.
