Product works as advertised, but the part that plugs in is very small and the additional cord socket sticks into my shift lever. The older model seemed more robust, and the external outlet of the charger pointed away from the shift levers.

Not really 9' long.the cord is more like 3' long coiled up.

previous 2 piece chargers. USB plug would become dislodged from charger due to force of the spring loaded cover. Phone wouldn't charge and you wouldn't know because charger hidden in console and phone would be on other seat. I still need to see if this will work with piggy back for second phone

The plug is very tight when I plug it in.it charges ok

I just upgraded my and needed an new car charger and didn’t even pull out of the parking lot before realizing this charger didn’t work so I went back in to exchange it thinking it was just a defective one but as soon as I got back in my car with the new one it did the same thing. It charged for a second then kept flicking on and off. I even tried it in multiple outlets to make sure it wasn’t something with my car plugs but no, this charger would not stay charging so I had to go back in and return it. After 3! different charges tried it’s safe to say this charger isn’t good for iPhones at least and it’s a shame because it was exactly the type of charger I wanted.

This charger wasn't very cheap. However, I could never get it to work with my vehicle or anyone else. Sadly I could never take it back. Hopefully, mine was just a messed up one. I have never had any issues with this brand until now.

This charger is cheaply made as well but it gets the job done

SINCE WE UPGRADED TO IPHONE 6S WE WERE FORCED TO GET A NEW CAR CHARGER. I THINK THE UNIT IS GOOD SO FAR, BUT A BIT OVERPRICED. WE DIDNT WANT TO SHOP AROUND THIS TIME SO WE BOUGHT IT FOR CONVENIENCE, BUT I DONT THINK I WOULD AGAIN WITHOUT SHOPPING A LITTLE FOR AN ALTERNATE.

This product is perfect for charging your iPhone and iPad on the go. When we are on family vacations, we can make sure our Apple products are always charged. It helps keep the family happy. They can watch thier shows on the iPad and my phone is always able to be charged at the same time.

It works just fine however it doesn't work with some cases.

keep burning out on me not sure why but still good item

I've found out over years of experience that your cables are the last thing you want to scrimp on. More problems are created by using cheap knock-off cables. Always spend a little more to get a quality cable, it'll be worth it in the end.

Broke after 1 month. Returned and the next one was fine

It keeps breaking and the attachment to the i phone turn black like if it is shorted or burned a bit. I tried more and more and now they discontinued it. What does it tell you ? Sorry Best Buy this time, this did not work for me

I find this to be an average charger. Works as expected.

I use it to keep my galaxy note 3 charged while driving. It has the power to charge while using Google maps even if my wife is charging her iphone. Many chargers can't produce enough to charge while using maps. This one has plenty to give..
