Really protects fragile apple tv remote control

Within 1 week of purchasing my apple tv device, the remote control fell off of a table and shattered. This led to me having to replace the remote control. At that time, I was advised that had I had the extended warranty, replacement would've been covered. Unfortunately, that advice was too late. Since buying the cover, the replacement remote has fallen and not broken. So, it works! :)
