It fits very tightly and it wraps too much around the top which is why it is always pressing down on the track pad and making it unusable. I returned it the next day.

It still works, but it lacks the satisfying "click" that the naked remote offers. It's possible the remote changed ever so slightly between the 4th and 5th generation Apple TV, which would cause this issue.

As many others have stated, the case is too tight and compresses the track pad button, making every single one of my remotes inoperable. I'll be returning this junk.
