Once it is "installed," the lip/edge of the case acts to permanently depress the "clicker" button. With that button locked down, the other buttons on the remote are thoroughly confused. Don't waste your money, use a rubber band around the bottom third of the remote for something to grip! Only giving this a 1-Star because I can't give it ZERO. I returned it ASAP!

Tracking button stayed press so not working properly. Had to cut off the edge that kept the button pressed. Other than that, I can now hold remote better.

I would never recommend it or use it due to that. The top of the Apple remote is a clickable button. When you have the cover on the top, it's such a tight feet, the button no longer "clicks." It works, but you don't feel the click, and often times, you don't even know if you properly clicked it or not. Thus making the cover completely useless. Protection is great, but if it makes the remote act differently, then it's pointless. I've since kept the remote naked, because it works best that way.

Can not reccomend this product. It seems to have been manufactured using a general protective case formula and doesn't take into account the apple remotes touch features at all.

It compresses it and makes it extremely hard to use, in addition to it “accidentally pressing” during video watch. I cut part of the top away so it wouldn’t push the button, but it doesn’t keep the remote in place within the case now. Recommend finding a case/cover on Amazon.

Whats point of having a cover if I can't use the remote because the cover keeps the apple remote button pressed. If you have to cut or alter this product just so it works then it's a design flaw. How does best buy continue to sell this flawed product. Very disappointing with Best Buy because it is a product owned by Best Buy.
