DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Poo on me for having not read any reviews. It makes no sense that this thing has as good a rating as it does. This sleeve is too tight and presses the main button, rendering the remote unusable. I’ll be returning tomorrow and ordering the Sideclick remote instead.

As others have stayed, the case fits too tight which causes the top button on the remote to remain compressed and practically unusable. I took it back to Best Buy the very next day for a refund. I can’t believe Apple would allow their company name on the box. I ordered a different case on Amazon that works and fits perfectly.

Made Remote touch screen Non-responsive

It looks great and fits great and maybe it could be the newest model remote that I have but it messes up the touch screen. I just recently got the apple tv so when my adult kids were here for the holidays they confirmed I wasn't doing anything wrong and it was the cover. when I peel back the cover or remove it the remote works perfectly.

The reason being that once you put it on the case is stationary on the track pad and remains pressing the trackpad on the remote and does not allow you to click anything on the trackpad. This would be a great idea in a hard shell case with an appropriate design. Not something that is fully enclosed like this.
