So when I saw this I decide to purchase it. Once I got it home slap it on the remote and what do you know, it takes some use to getting to. Because it over laps the touch part of the remote which was making it hard to do certain gestures. But I finally got it and it's all good now. And it also gives it that bulk that need if you got big hands.

Design flaw

Maybe if the navigation was more haptic instead of an actual push down button... so this item is useless to me now

I didn’t even want to return it. I had to throw it in the trash so that nobody else would have to go through what I went through. Do not buy. Terrible fitment and doesn’t allow for full functionality of the remote. Don’t waste your money.

I would have returned this product if my kids didn't lose it. I pressed down on the track pad so hard that it was holding the button in. Bad fitment, maybe the rubberized material shrunk after manufacturing or maybe it was a defect.

Do not buy unless you have an older gen Apple TV

If it is fully put on the remote, it takes away the ability to use the main button as it’s permanently pressed down. In order to use this cover you have to keep the top half off the main remote button in order to function.

The cover is so tight around the remote that it does not allow the main button to be pressed. It permanently hold the main button down. I wish I would have read the reviews that already state this prior to purchase. It is completely useless for me now.
