This doesn't fit very well or too well depending on how you look at it. The glass trackpad will not function properly with this case install because the case is so tight that it continually presses down on the glass trackpads button feature.

By the time I use this product, it was way too late for me to return it, I thought its size is the same as the one that I bought months ago for the same Apple TV, but the latest one (this one) does not fit the remote of the Apple TV 4K, it presses on the main pad at the tip, will not recommend it,...

Good investment to protect the remote, since it's $70 to replace!

This product didn’t work for me. The front hole isn’t big enough to allow the eye to communicate with TV for volume control. The holder also squeezes the remote too much not allowing the clicking part of the remote area rendering it useless. I returned them all.

It makes the overly sensitive remote the complete opposite and you can't get it to work.

I don’t know why so many people rate this product so highly. I have gone through two Siri remotes and it didn’t fit either of them properly. I tried the second time because I found it still laying around in my room after the first one shattered and decided to give it another try. WASTE OF MONEY.

Had to return. It holds down the click button on the top front. You can't click when you need to!

I wanted this cover to work and I liked the concept, having young children in the house. However, when I placed the cover on the remote I quickly realized that the click feature of the Apple TV 4K remote was actually depressed by the cover, and did not allow proper function of the remote. I promptly returned it the same day.

i got this to protect the remote that comes with the apple 4k tv but it does not fit on the touch surface area (the whole top half) the case is to tight on the remote to where it physically pushes down on the remote. i had to buy a different one from Amazon.

Fits so tightly that it restricts you from being able to even use the remote. You can’t click on anything because it is held down. We purchased two and both were the same. We are returning because we bought two from Amazon that worked perfectly!

Absolutely....worthless. The fit is not correct for the Siri enabled remote. When installed, it forces the action pad into the “depressed” position and renders the remote useless. Don’t waste your money. Best Buy owes it to their customers to warn people.

It was too tight on the controller so it wouldn't "click" when I wanted to open or do a command. My son cracked the last controller and was trying to be proactive and protect this one. Hopefully it will survive being naked!

Other users gave this item five stars while stating they had to make some sort of modification. If the item works as advertised the FIRST time, ALL the time WITHOUT modifications then give it five stars. Taking this item back because it does not work as advertised.

In theory this would be amazing, hence the reason I purchased it. I had broken my previous remote by dropping it and ordered this with my replacement remote. The problem is that this cover keeps the top “pad” of the remote pressed down constantly making it useless.

Could not use it, when you put this on your remote it will depress the main button/touch panel, it can act like a push every time you touch it, when you try swipe it thinks you're pushing the button down or when you do push the button down it won't take it we had to take it off and thrown away. Love the Apple TV though.

The AppleTV remote is somewhat slick by itself. I thought this would be a good idea to help with that. However, when this cover is attached the top part of the AppleTV remote does not work as well. Its like the pressure along the edges is affecting the remote. Remote still works just the overall "feeling" is different.

This protection its worthless because the control remote itself has full functionality in upper part with three different clicks so when you cover with this protector all that clicks bottom ends press down and you can use it any more.

I like the texture BUT the remote doesn’t work when the case is on . The top main button doesn’t press down. I was super bummed about that so it’s useless and I through away the box right away so I couldn’t even return it.

Just like the other reviews where it presses on the touch pad.... I ignored the warning and still purchased this item. After installing... The button feedback got worst and it keeps on accidentally pausing while watching movies, etc. Idk how people were able to use this product. I'm returning mine.
