Coves the remote edges hard to control with finger

The case for just fine but it presented the button from clicking. It held down the end of the remote was to annoying to keep on.

It wraps around the remote and makes it hard to work the remote properly. It puts too much pressure on the remote.

Good cover for the remote. It fits really well. It is not easy to get lost between the cushions with this cover on.

I have no idea why there are some bad reviews of this case. I can only assume they purchased it for the wrong remote. I have a 4th generation Apple TV and the remote's design leaves lots to be desired. It''s purely a rectangular shape so it's almost impossible to determine which end is up without looking at it. Also, the remote is uber sensitive to touch, which produces unintended activations while fiddling with it to get the orientation correct. Because of these issues, one is compelled to handle the remote with a soft touch which increases the likelihood of it being dropped, especially given its smooth surface. This case rectifies most of the remote's shortcomings. The strap at the bottom makes correct orientation super easy. Also, the strap helps hold the remote securely, especially when using it to play games. The soft texture makes for a secure grip and the case fits very securely on the remote. Lastly, all functions and ports are fully accessible. I highly recommend this case.

I love this little case. At first, I wasn’t sure it was going to work because it was too tight and wouldn’t let my remote click. I took it off, stretched it and now it works perfectly!

If feels really nice and if fits the remote completely. The cord is a plus BUT... you cannot use the remote while the cover is in. The cover presses the button so no other button can be pressed, therefor you cannot used the remote. You can used the pad to move around but you cannot press to select. Replay ergonomic and great material but I fails on its purpose.

It was recommended by the sales person when I bought the AppleTV. It fits the remote and is good protection.

I had bought this for my Apple Tv 4 and it fit perfectly but I bought it again for my new 4K Apple Tv remote and it doesn't fit because the remote is thicker.

Yep, After one minute of use I am returning because it is a poor design. The trackpad and essentially the remote itself often stops working with this rubber case. My remote works great when I remove the case.

Could not click touchpad while using this remote cover.

The idea behind this product is great; however it is poorly executed. The touch sensitive scrolling portion of the AppleTV Remote is essentially always being pressed by the cover, so it doesn't register when you are trying to do anything with it and renders the remote useless.

The case presses on click pad area making the remote difficult if not impossible to use, Other users cut the case to make it function, I am not willing to cut a brand new case to make it work. I will be returning it.

Fit is too tight on the touch-pad portion of the remote. Why in the world should I have to trim this to make it work?!?!?!?!? I bought two of these at Best Buy(Richfield, MN), lucky me.

Put on case. It pushes down clicker making it in a constant state of click :0(. Removed. Returned. Looks like I’m paying $20 from Griffin again. I know those work I have one working properly on other Apple TV.

Piece of crap! Do not buy it doesn’t work as expected.(Requires Modification to actually work as expected.

Fit is too tight. It presses down on the trackpad leaving you unable to use the remote. Wish I would have read these reviews before buying.

Bought it yesterday and returned it today. The fitting of the case is too tight. Trackpad button was pressed at all time when the cover was on. it couldnt be used
