Honestly product is alright. Not great compared to reading all five stars review. We had black & decker brand from Walmart purchased few years back and both functioned and looked very similar to each other. Accessories were similar as well. I really won’t recommend this based on price and functions. Also vacuum was not easy to maneuver around the carpet area. Hard at certain points to move.

My bissell went out on me so i bought this guy and WOW my bissell was t doing its job for a bit. Only thing i can complain about is it doesnt stop spinning the brush when in the upright position which could potentially damage long rugs and carpet. It also doesnt have adjestments for floor type. But maybe insignia will come out with a more advanced one later. Its a great vacuum.
