Handle way too short resulting in almost immediate back spams. May be lightweight but vacuum is extremely difficult to push and navigate on hard floors or low pile carpet. Cheap plastic construction. Late notice of limited time to return. So bad I don't feel comfortable donating vacuum to Goodwill or The Salvation Army. I have bought numerous vacuums over my 75 yrs. this one is totally useless. Destroyed my opinion of Best Buy as a reputable business.

For the first month it worked really well though and made me question why other brands were so steeply priced. But as it began to fall apart it was clear why this was priced so low. In conclusion, if you vacuum often consider buying a nicer unit.

This vacuum is perfect for that and lightweight so I can handle it. Great product!!

This vacuum DOES NOT adjust its height for carpets or rugs!! It’s fantastic for any kind of floors , but don’t buy if you have carpets or rugs. I could have sworn it said it was adjustable, but not to be.

Only lasted six months

We could not get it started again. During the 6 months it was working, it worked just fine and was easy to use. I'm sad it didn't last longer.

First one I bought worked fun for under a week. Have a small apartment and within a few days of use the power switch failed on me. Took it back and exchanged it no problem. Exchanged unit lasted over a week but less than two weeks with the same problem. Was told they could not exchange it because there’s only a two weeks. From time of purchase to do an exchange and I would have to talk to the geek squad to get it repaired. I said OK and wanted to go in to talk to the geek squad. The wait was ridiculous and no one wanted to help me outside of the geek squad. Not only a poor product but poor customer service on behalf of Best Buy

The cords is long enough to reach through the whole house. And at the sale price I paid, it is a bargain. It has a nice long hose for a good reach.
