I was testing it out, thinking - hey, this has pretty good suction... Then I felt air on my foot. The plastic at the base had just come apart. I will be taking it back and getting my money back for it and the extended service plan - sure don't want a replacement for this...

I vacuum daily due to a shedding dog and this vacuum worked well for less thank a week. I liked that it was lightweight, but the wheels are awful and the suction would be very weak at times.
