I'm not sure if it was the item itself or the model, but it lost suction between the bagless cannister and the housing. Total Tech support was super supportive in helping me get a vacuum that was able to meet my needs.

At first, it worked fine but now it randomly shuts off while I'm using it and it spits debris back out on the floor. I cleaned the inside and the bottom and it still does not help. Very disappointing. Do not buy especially if you have pets.

No height adjustment, so if you have thick carpet you are out of luck. Very cheap quality. I returned it the next day. Insignia does have some good products but in my opinion this is not one of them. Sorry but I am not a fan of this vacuum.

There were extra belts included in the package, so this must be a known issue. It was smaller than I had expected especially for the price. I returned it immediately.
