Upgrade your Desktop PC

It is definitely not plug and play as you will need to make sure you update the drivers and you may need to get them from the website and not from Microsoft Update center. I did the Microsoft Update Center first and it didn't work at all so I went to the website and downloaded and installed the drivers. Works great now! It has worked great for syncing my phone and any other device to transfer files easily and backup files too.

I'm a bit disappointed that such a product has not been fitted with Windows 10 support (especially when they're giving those upgrades out like halloween candy). If you're with a lesser version of windows, and don't plan to upgrade any time soon, then this is a good item and well worth the price paid.

Better than bigger names

Handy to have around

Additionally helpful were my sales associate and Geek Squad guy helping to download the software onto my laptop and then pair it with my iPad. I left the store fully functional.

The 1st one I bought from a different store required a cd installation and I didn't want to bother so I gave to my husband. This one is very easy and doesn't require a cd drive on your computer.
