Software would not download

It kept encountering an error and therefore was unusable. The directions were rather poor as well but even after determining the correct software download it would not work.

Very nice for listening to music from my pc.

Didn't work for me

Windows 10 saw it and installed drivers just fine, but the program to connect controllers requires certain Bluetooth adapters to work. This one didn't. I didn't try pairing anything else with it.

The only time my computer doesn't have to restart is when I connect in computer's sleep mode or as it boots up. Perhaps the Geek squad can help. Will try that. But in the end, it works!
