I had to go to a website to get the software. I paired it with headphones and it sounded terrible. The head phones worked very well paired to my android phone and sounded fantastic. The headphones almost sounded like they were monaural, with no fidelity and after about 10 minutes the connection just stopped. I uninstalled the software unplugged the bluetooth adapter and returned it for a refund.
