Very disappointing as I was trying to use this on my brand new laptop.

Insignia™ - Bluetooth 4.0 USB Adapter

On a whim I purchased this as it was only $20. It did install with no issues as I would have expected as I have several Insignia products which have worked flawlessly. However, the Bluetooth signal to any Bluetooth speaker would drop after more than a 5-foot range from laptop to speaker. I have other Bluetooth products which will work over 50 feet away so I had to return it as I needed more than a 5-foot range. If you are happy with this close proximity, then you will have no problems but I needed it to work further away than this. So I can only give it 1*. Within 5 feet then 5*
