I arrived home - there was no driver disk included, only an inserted pamphlet, instructing one to go to the site: http://www.broadcom.com/support/bluetooth/update.php) to download the appropriate driver (by operating sytem)... would have been nice to have the drivers on disk accompanying the dongle - once installed, easier to update if needed. Still waiting to receive the download.

This was confirmed with Insignia tech support. They acknowledge the issue and at this time do not have a fix although they are working on it. Insignia advised to return the item which I did with no issues at the store. Do NOT but this model if you plan on using it with Windows 7.

Could not get them to pair and/or operate with a Keyboard or a Mouse or a headset. Downloaded the updated drivers from the web site, tried multiple computers in the office and at home. All computers are running Windows 8.1 and are completely updated. Purchased another brand, plugged it in and worked with all devices, NO Problem

The installed software could not "verify" this adapter. What a waste of time. I'm using Windows 7.

Works, but not well
