Other better brands like ASUS make adapters for slightly more which perform better. I've had one of these dongles for many years now and have only ever ran it with Linux. Both fedora and Ubuntu/Debian based distros were used for long periods of time with it without issue. Never used an arch based distro. Although it would almost guaranteed work. Bought a second one after buying a ugreen bt6.0 dongle that wasn't supported by Linux. Would recommend

Got it to pair my Apple AirPods gen 4.

Bluetooth 5.0 Transmitter/Receiver Review

It is the latest 5.0 (for 2023) and is backwards compatible with usb ports. My computer has a USB 2.0. It worked well. I did have to turn off and on my computer with the USB connected to recognize it. I use it with my bluetooth keyboard and bluetooth mouse. I am not sure what the limit might be in connecting multiple devices. You could probably pair them all, but connecting and using them simultaneously might be problematic. I don’t think using four Bluetooth devices should be a problem (e.g. cell phone, headphones, keyboard, mouse, speakers). For the price ($15), the Bluetooth works and connects as expected. I thought I would run into issues with the devices I used, but they all worked. I did not test the Bluetooth’s transmissibility from my computer to other devices. In theory, it should work. As a receiver (input to device that it is connected), it performs well.

Bluetooth for the Win

It worked flawlessly on windows 11!!!! I didnt need to do anything. It was just a matter of plugging in and Bluetooth capabilities unlocked !!! I was tired of being tethered when playing fps games.
