(It’s weird that said laptop didn’t already come with Bluetooth functionality and needed it added, but whatever.) Setup on recent Windows computers (which is the only OS I have reference for) is pretty easy, instructions are included in the package. Setup on older Windows computers is trickier because you may be missing some drivers for some Bluetooth devices, but a quick online search should turn them up and get everything working!

I normally listen via a set of great powered speakers, but there are some occasions where I want to listen without having the music audible in the house. This adapter was "plug & play", and I was easily able to pair the earbuds and use them even though it's plugged into one of the USB ports on the back of the tower PC.

If you’re looking for high transfer speeds, exceptional range, or high music quality, then this probably isn’t for you. Other better brands like ASUS make adapters for slightly more which perform better. However, if you just need to connect to a mouse, keyboard, or other basic device, then this is a cheap and fully functional option.
