First issue: "setup incomplete connect to internet" Disconnected all possible conflicts software and hardware wise Updated Windows to date. Restarted Reinstalled inserted then second issue: "Driver error" Look for drivers? Nothing. Look for How to's? Nothing. Troubleshooting? Nothing? Restart computer again "Bluetooth Radio" (No messages) Hey great, so I'll just connect my headphones and... Nothing... Check Best Buy reviews. Ah.... Bluetooth 4 with poor range and non-public drivers... You know what? I want my money back. Thanks but no thanks.

Does not work with Bluetooth Drivers

Posted .Sorry for your bad experience. This product supported the driver automatically install through windows update. before acting this function, you need to ensure the windows update function was opened and internet network is available.

2. Make sure your phone's Bluetooth on and connection mode, check laptop can search your phone
