    I needed to tap into another port adjacent about 20 feet away from where the pc was and I connected two Cat5 cables together with this coupler. Paid for itself the first time I used it!

    Great cat5 connection to add two cords together. I was happy I didn't have to buy a longer cord to reach and could just use this to connect two I already had.

    Works good . Have re-wired everything due to "cutting the cords" so am not using it anymore. But, was still working fine when I disconnected it.
