    Got this to save buying a 50ft cable for lots of $. Did the trick to extend/connect two 25ft cables. Build quality seemed good.

    Perfect attachment for when you run short on cat 5/6 wire. Does not maintain 150 mbs per sec. more like 95-110 but for price that's what I expected.

    The coupler works great, i ran 50 feet of cat6 cable and came up a few feet short, so I got the cat 5/5e connector and it worked fine. No slow down in speed.

    with long lan wires readily available I dont use this very often. did not see and performance drop with this devise. I am using it on cat5, not cat6.
