Second time buying this product for my mother

Returned it and got the same brand but different model. The sound on the different model also quit working and the device had to be returned. So now we have a Best Buy store credit to use on something.

It is a piece of garbage, very cheaply made and the sound is horrible. I would have brought it back in if there were other options, but there aren’t.

When I took the plastic wrap off it, it STUNK so bad like pesticide or some toxic outgassing that I had to wrap it back up and take it to the store. Didn't have these problems when merchandise was made in USA.
