Cheap plastic, unstable fit with the controller

Perhaps the one I received was particularly bad considering all of the positive reviews, but this one is being returned.

Careful on open box purchases

Bought open box item listed as excellent/all items included, but it was missing an item, the dongle to link the controller. It was not properly checked by BB and then restocked for sale.
