Because it thinks it's going through headphones. But the key pad is good. Not great. Adds extra letters sometimes. And love the light up keys!

Had a few issues with buttons not registering but that hasnt happened in a while. I have a 4 year old so maybe he messed with it. The light up buttions are a really nice touch.

It runs off a usb adapter and seems to lose signal or lag at times and ypu cant tell if its certain buttons or the adapter not working. It does make typing out messages and using search menus easuer if you play games like that. Lastly, it makes the controller huge, especially if you have to use an adapter or the xbox basic mic that plugs into the bottom. It can also be a draw on the battery. I noticed my controller dies faster with this, which makes since.
