I am really impressed with this chair, considering the price. $200 (when its on sale) is an amazing value. It came with free home delivery and the delivery people can even bring it inside your house. But keep in mind the box is massive so it may not fit through your door. Chair is fairly compact and not super heavy. I was able to move and carry it around myself. It is pretty narrow so if you are over the advertised 225lbs it is suppose to hold, then this chair is not for you. I am 5'10" and 180 pounds and the chair is pretty much perfect for me. Also if you are over 6 feet tall, do not get this chair. It has a lower body only, upper body only, and whole body modes. The neck rollers really knead and give a deep massage. The buttock rollers are also pretty intense. Back rollers are moderate and you have to readjust yourself to really get a deep kneading massage in the low back. Also, pro-tip, if you really want a deep neck massage, flip the headrest over, otherwise it will just block everything. The only downside I would say is the overall comfort if you are just planning to use it as a chair to sit in. After an hour or longer, it starts getting a little uncomfortable since there isn't much padding. Its really is just a massage chair, rather than a lounge chair.

I'm pretty impressed with it. It's a really comfortable chair and the massager feels really nice. I was a bit worried about it being too small, but since I'm short it fits me really well. The roller goes pretty far up and down and I like that you can put it in manual mode and move the massager up and down. It's really easy to set up too, which is a plus. The fact that you can massage yourself is really nice, especially since I don't have to leave my house to go get a massage. All in all, I think this massage chair is definitely worth the price. I mean, other regular chairs can cost as much or more and they don't even massage you! So if you're in the market for a new chair and you want one that can massage you, I definitely recommend checking out the Insignia Compact Massage Chair.

Love my massage chair! It is compact so a large adult may not fit comfortably but I’d say 200 pounds or less would really enjoy this item! It has a powerful massage with different massage options. Input a foot massager by it to use simultaneously and it is a nice treat at the end of a hectic day.

On sale this is one heck of a deal - the chair by itself is very comfortable and all things considered the massage is pretty strong. Id definitely buy again on sale if mine fell apart as long as the product has decent longevity. Too soon to tell.

First, I need to disclose that I am a Best Buy employee and I received a discount on the purchase of this product. My job also has direct applicability to this massage chair, and I understand that this review may be biased! But I love this chair! It is true that the chair is on the smaller side. It's not recommended for people over 6 feet or greater than 225 lbs. I am 5'9", 150 lbs and this chair fits me perfectly! It has really nice rollers that hit your behind, all the way up to your shoulders, and if you lift the head pad out of the way, the rollers give you a really nice shoulder massage. The chair includes both "kneading" and "knocking" motions to simulate a shiatsu massage. It's lightweight, and is perfect for a GAMING chair or for your home theater. Basically, if you're on a budget and you're tight on space, this is the perfect massage chair for you!

Getting this on sale makes the case for incredible value. It’s the perfect size for my household and the chair itself is quite comfortable when not running. I personally enjoy the kneading function and its range is nice (neck to down to glutes). My wife and I are using this daily as it lives in the home offices and each auto push runs 20 min. I hope the quality holds over the years.

Great size for the price. I placed my chair in my baby room so when she’s playing I can sit in it and get a massage and so for it was a great purchase. Because I had surgery on my back some years ago and still have pain in my lower back and it does real good on my back.

Although this chair massager is a little bit smaller for my husband (6’1 ft / 237lbs) but it’s doing a great job. Bought it for myself, cause I wanted to relax when I get home from work. Seems that my husband is enjoying it more that I do, lol!

I got a man cave and this chair is my throne. It’s great for after long car rides or a day of work. Likiked ot so much I hade to get a second one. Best thing about it there is no set up required unboxed it pluged it in and was ready to go

Really can’t beat it for the 200 I paid. My friends and family enjoy it as well. I have wide shoulders so it’s not super comfortable for me but I still enjoy it.

For $200 you must be insane not buying this.. it's small but it packs a punch that will surprise you..
