Does not dig into the back hard enough for me. Would have chose a different model for the strength had I tested it prior

Chair is not suitable for an adult. Best description I can give it’s more like a kid’s gaming chair. I would not recommend this chair for an adult.

A bit small and too arched in …cant really feel the massager and when you adjust your back to try it just hurts. If i could return i would. ☹️

This Insignia massage chair gives a nice massage. It is compact, meaning made for small body sizes. As a 5'4" female it fits me great but it a bit low to the ground. The chair does not have feet and sits directly on the floor making it a little difficult getting in and out of as my body ages and has aches and pains. I suffer from sciatica-lower back/butt pain-and this chair has given me some relief. The chair controls offer 3 kinds of massage-kneading, knocking and synchronized with both. I prefer the automatic option that does the whole body - upper and lower. The chair is made of a polyurethane leather that is durable. No assembly necessary other than plugging it in-super easy! There is a head cushion that can be adjusted with velcro for your comfort. The chair isn't the most stylish piece of furniture therefore I keep it in my office and not out where for others to use/see. The controls are on the inside of the right arm and easy to change while the chair is in use. My only con against it is that it's compact size does not allow for my husband or adult children to use it with comfort. Oh well, more massage time for me!

Wasnt for me. It worked as it suppose to. But it was too hard and boxy.

I've used a lot of massage chairs costing up to several thousands of dollars. This might not have all those features, but it's small, mighty, and gets your back, neck, and glutes very well!! Best money I spent in a long time!!!!

The Insignia Compac Massage Chair, is a great little massage charm. perfect for those people who are maybe under 220 lbs(or smaller body build). If you have a bigger body build look for a bigger chair. Overall after using the chair for several days I love it. You are able to feel the rollers from your low back all the way up to your neck. The massage portion for the buttocks is pretty decent. I come with a long enough power cord however if you do not have a plug nearby you will need an extension. The pillow by the back of the head you can flip it up and you can feel the massage more on the upper back lower neck are. Controls are mounted on the inside of the leg area making it difficult to control them while sitting if you have big legs, but it does have different massage options available. The chair is not to heavy so it is easyt to move around. Pros: You are able to feel the massage, it gets all the areas from you lower buttocks to the upper neck area, not heavy, Cons: Not made for bigger people, controls on the inside next to your leg.

Got this in hopes of helping alleviate some pain for family member. Sadly it just would work for them. It sits quite low to the ground and isn't the most comfortable to sit in. The seat is only about a 14" off the ground which is quite low. It's slightly reclined to help, but I think still it's too low. There was also another problem with it, I don't know if it was an error in the manual, but it states that the chair cannot be operated if someone is on Oxygen, which the person that was going to use this is. This becomes a deal breaker because they cannot use the chair as they are on Oxygen. Those issues aside, the positives are that it's easy to setup as there's no assembly required. The box seemed daunting along with the supposed weight, but it was quite easy for me to unbox and maneuver to it's residing place. I do wish that the power cord had been a bit longer, it appears to be roughly 6 feet, so if you're intending on placing this in the middle of a room, you're going to need a longer cable, or find a closer outlet. The modes I can't really speak on as I'm personally too large for the chair and my family member was only able to use it very briefly after I unboxed it due to it being too uncomfortable. If you're looking for something for someone shorter this is probably a great massage chair, but if you're over 5'7" you're going to need something larger as it just sits too low.

Its no different than just putting a pad massager on a chair. Pretty small and feels cheap. Weak massager features as well. Sounds funny when it gets closer to your head. Overall if you have the money to waste go ahead, if you dont have the money to throw around I would save up and buy a little nicer or just avoid in general.

I got this for deal of the day. Its small, which is good, but it kinda hurts! Im not a huge person and can hardly stand to sit it it at times! And its really repetitive on how it massasages. You are going to have to move around the chair to hwt different areas done.
