Initial reviews were very misleading.

It works well with crumbs, cat/dog food, or something similar. It doesn't do well with hair though. It gets tangled in the bristles pretty quickly.

It works okay on bare floor, but does not work at all on carpet. The brush does not rotate on carpet, so it does not pick up anything. Very disappointing.
