Buttons have too many functions. Why do electronics even on very simple items like a clock radio have to have buttons with muItiple functions? This is really stupid. I returned the unit.

Back up battery didn't work with brand new batteries in either of the two sclocks I purchased.

This is a simple clock with basic features. There are no bells and whistles. On that level, the clock is very good and does what it is supposed to do. The only negative feature is that it is difficult to adjust the time setting to be accurate.

To say this product is a disappointment is an understatement. I haven't had this product 1 month when the time display quit working. Good thing it didn't cost a lot, although you get what you paid for.

The title says it all. The display is too bright for a bedroom unless you enjoy having a flashlight in your face when you're trying to sleep. I put it in another room but it loses time and has to be reset.

Does not work on batteries only. Wasn’t fully satisfied with the buttons as they didn’t work properly. I ended up returning the item as it didn’t do the job

I returned the open box item because it was broken. So I'm not sure how the product works. My impression is that it's not a good product.

You need to be a computer geek to be able to use this thing. Unless you have a photographic memory, you must also keep the instruction with it when you need to set the alarm.

Great basic unit with nice large LED's but didn't last long. After a few months of use the LED's came on intermittently. Threw it away.

Very clunky & difficult to set clock. Battery backup is useless as the compartment doesn't stay closed & batter falls out!

Need a radio at work without going on the computer so bought this. It is a piece of garbage and I returned it immediately. Guess I'm stuck with finding my broadcasts on the computer. Nothing is simple anymore...

don't waste your money on sorry clock. got it home and would not work so returned to get something that does work as it is supposed to.

I returned the radio/clock because it didn't work with batteries and that was one of the reasons to buy it. In the store, they told me that others had returned the radio/clock for the same reason.

We bought this just to use as a clock where we could see the time while watching television. So far it seems to be keeping accurate time and is exactly what we wanted.

I like the fact it has two alarm settings and a gradual build up to the full alarm sound. A little to bright for my taste but i have gotten used to it. Overall would buy again if my current one went out

The first direction was "do not throw away these instructions". Then you found out why. It was impossible to set up, unlike any other clock radio I have ever owned. I packed it up and took it right back to the store.

I need to return its very difficult to set up the day I received it it was put right back in the box and with the corona virus it was difficult to return it

The clock was a birthday present.The clock was defective, would flash off and on. Alarm went off in the middle of the night when it was not set or turned on. Returned for cash refund.

Purchased this clock to replace an existing inoperable alarm clock. Plugged it in and it came on but none of the functions worked. Returned the clock. Spend a little more and get a better clock.

Had this for 10 weeks. Now clock display fades in and out so that half the time it’s unreadable. Unfortunately, it’s past the Best Buy return period so that money down the drain.
